A huge thank you to Doug Dunlop for volunteering his time on Monday, along with our incredible team of parent volunteers, to help build our Ice Castle. On Monday evening, Doug also hosted a sleepover for a William Reid family who placed the winning bid at our Oktoberfest fundraiser.
We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and generous community supporting the learning experiences of our students. I joked with Doug that he should officially be given the title of “Ice Castle Master Builder,” as he has been volunteering in this role since 2007—making this his 19th year!
We are excited to welcome a Paralympian to William Reid on Thursday, March 12, 2026, to share their experiences with our students.
As a result of this special visit, Jersey Day has been moved from March 6 to March 12. Please note that this is a recent change, and some classes may have already received communication from their teacher that is now incorrect.
Below are some informational items for your reference.
